All new Redington Fly Rods purchased from an authorised Redington dealer, excluding the Crosswater series are covered by our lifetime original owner guarantee. For each claim the original owner must send the entire Redington product freight prepaid and insured to: Warranty Dept, Guide Flyfishing Ltd, Unit 5, Moor Lane Trading Estate. Bishopdyke Rd, Sherburn in Elmet, Leeds, LS25 6ES. Please include a note explaining the problem along with the appropriate return address and warranty card filled out. For each claim the original owner will be responsible for a £15.00 (€25.00) fee to cover return shipping insurance and processing. International customers will be asked to pay the actual shipping and insurance charges. Guide Flyfishing reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any Redington product covered by this warranty.

Vision warrant that in the case of breakage for whatever reason, your Vision rod will be repaired or replaced with the nearest current model, during the first five years after purchase, applicable only to the original purchaser. There is a nominal charge of £15.00 €25.00 on Attack and 3Zone and £30.00 €45.00 on GTfour and all Salmon rods to cover handling and carriage. In the event of having to make a claim the rod must be returned to Warranty Dept, Guide Flyfishing Ltd, Unit 5, Moor Lane Trading Estate. Bishopdyke Rd, Sherburn in Elmet, Leeds, LS25 6ES. together with its warranty card and original invoice or receipt from retailer including the relevant payment as specified above to cover return shipping insurance and processing.
